13The engine will start when the mainswitch is on, the brake is pressed and thestart button is pushed.N SWITCHCH OPERATIONMAIN SWITCH1. ON.... Starts engine. Key can not bepulled out.2. OFF....Stops engine. Key can be placedin or taken out of the mainswitch.3. LOCK....Locks handle bars. Key can beplaced in or taken out of themain switch.4. OPEN....When seat lock is released, keyreturns to its originalposition(OFF). Key can beplaced in or taken out of themain switch.CAUTION● Rotate key smoothly without pressing toturn to open, When the seat lock open.● When you park the vehicle, please lockhandle bars and take out the key.CAUTION● The engine will not start if the brakelever is not grabbed.● Do not hold the brake lever and pullthe throttle grip when the engine hasstarted.
