Check both sources to see videois on the other source. Check your videocable. It might be corrupt. Swap out thevideo cable for another one to see if themonitor will work. Check your power plug.See if it is fully plugged in on both themonitor and the wall.MONITORSAYS “SIGNALOUT OFRANGE”If you have a CRT monitor, pleaseconnect the CRT monitor to the computerand change the refresh rate down to60Hz via your video card’s displaysettings menu. After the setting of 60Hzhas been change you can then use theLCD on the computer.1. To change the setting go todisplay settings by right clickingon your desktop with nothingselected. Choose thePROPERTIES option.2. Click on the SETTINGS tab, thenclick on the ADVANCED button.3. Click on the MONITOR tab andchange the refresh rate to 60Hz.4. Click on OK 2-3 times to finalizeyour change.If you do NOT have a CRT monitor or it’salready broken, please make sure boththe DCL22 monitor and your computer isturned off.
