Stop operation and consult the service shop ifthis is the case.Before a long idle period2 Clean the air filters and set them again.3 Take out batteries from the remotecontroller.4 Turn OFF the breaker for the room airconditioner.12Press MODE and select " ".PressON/OFF.• Perform this operation when the roomtemperature is under 28˚C.Care and Cleaning1 Operate the fan alone for several hourson a fine day to dry out the inside.132PressON/OFF.Press MODE and select " ".Press TEMP and set the temperature to 32˚CCleaning the front grilleCAUTIONYou may remove the front grille for cleaning.Open the front grille .l Hold the grille by the tabs on the two sides and lift it untilit stops with a click.13 Clean the front grille.l You may wipe it with a soft cloth soaked in water.l Only neutral detergent may be used.l You may wash the grille with water. After washing, dry itwith cloth, then dry it up in the shade.2 Remove the front grille.l Supporting the front grille with one hand, release the lockby sliding down the knob with the other hand.l To remove the front grille, pull it toward yourself with bothhands.4 Attach the front grille .l Set the 3 keys of the front grille into the slots and pushthem in all the way.l Supporting the front grille with one hand, fit the lock bysliding up the knob with the other hand.l Close the front grille slowly in this state. (Push the grilleat the 3 points, two at both sides and in the middle.)l When removing or attaching the front grille, use a robustand stable stool and watch your steps carefully.l When removing or attaching the front grille, support thegrille securely with hand to prevent it from falling.l For cleaning, do not use water hotter than 40˚C, benzine,gasoline, thinner, nor other volatile oils, polishing compound,scrubbing brushes nor othe hard stuff.l After cleaning, make sure that the front grille is securely fixed.Fit the keyinto the slot.Slide up the knob.(R1937)
