If the doors andwindows remain open, room air will flow out anddecrease the effect of cooling and heating .• Never place objects near the air inlet and the airoutlet of the unit. It may deteriorate the effect orstop the operation.• Adjust the room temperature properly for a com-fortable environment. Avoid excessive heating orcooling.Not doing so wastes electricity.• When the display shows “ ” or “Time to cleanfilter”, ask a qualified service person to clean thefilters.(Refer to “MAINTENANCE” on page 10.)Operating the unit with stained air filter maydecrease capacity or cause malfunction.• Install TVs, radios, and stereos 1 m or more awayfrom the indoor unit and remote controller.Images may become fuzzy and noise may begenerated.• Turn off the power circuit breaker when it is not inuse for a long period (only for R410A refrigerant).When the main power switch is turned on, smallamount of power is consumed even if the systemis not in operation. (*1) Turn off the power circuitbreaker for saving energy. When reoperating, turnon the power circuit breaker 6 hours beforeoperation for smooth running. (Refer to“MAINTENANCE” on page 10.)
