Any damageMUST be reported immediately to the carrier's claims agent.▪ Bring the packed unit as close as possible to its final installationposition to prevent damage during transport.▪ Prepare the path along which you want to bring the unit inside inadvance.▪ When handling the unit, take into account the following:Fragile, handle the unit with care.Keep the unit upright in order to avoid damage.Keep the unit away from rain or damp conditions.At least 2 persons MUST handle the box with the unit.3.2 Outdoor unit3.2.1 To unpack the outdoor unit
