For optimalcard quality, purchase and store quantities that you can use up in lessthan a year.• The print ribbon and card stock might require secure storage andtracking. Follow your policy for storing and tracking the supplies usedto make cards.• Supply rolls should be at room temperature when they are installed inthe printer and used. If supplies are stored in a cooler environmentthan the printer, allow supplies to reach room temperature beforeusing.• If the printer will not be used for an extended period of time, removesupplies from the printer and store them with new supplies.
