The displayed value drops gradually as you relax aftertraining, and increases with the stress level.The Relax-value can drop all the way to almost zero. The user should therefo-re contribute to his/her relaxing and avoid any other stress.The graphic screen displays a representation of the relaxation process (Fig.C). The actual relax level is indicated by a blinking bar in the display window.The complete relaxing process is divided into 25 levels. A short beep soundsignals when each level is achieved.
