19USE OF THE GRILLLeave to warm up for approximately 5 minutes with the door closed.Place the food inside positioning the rack as near as possible to the grill.Insert the drip pan under the rack to collect the cooking juices.Always grill with the oven door closed.Grill with the oven door closed and for no longer than 30 minutes at any one time.Attention: the oven door becomes very hot during operation.Keep children away.OVEN COOKINGBefore introducing the food, preheat the oven to the desired temperature.For a correct preheating operation, it is advisable to remove the tray from the oven andintroduce it together with the food, when the oven has reached the desired temperature.Check the cooking time and turn off the oven 5 minutes before the theoretical time to recu-perate the stored heat.GRILLINGThe infra-red heating element is switched on. The heat is diffused by radiation.Use with the oven door closed and the thermostat knob must be regulated between50 °C and 200 °C maximum.For correct use see chapter “USE OF THE GRILL”.Recommended for:Intense grilling, browning, cooking au gratin and toasting etc.It is recommended that you do not grill for longer than 30 minutes at any one time.Attention: the oven door becomes very hot during operation.Keep children away.
