SN502-4CH76The cameras are notsequencing• Check if you have sequence turned on under the camera menu options• You must initiate the sequencing to get it to start by right clicking andselecting start auto sequence from the sub menu. Then the cameraswill sequence according to the sequence dwell time• You must be in live viewing modeNothing is recording but all theimages are appearing on screen• You must initiate the recording to start by pressing the record button• Check under Record Setup in the main menu to make sure all thecameras are set to ‘ON’• Check your record schedule to make sure the DVR is set to record thatpresent hour• Verify that the HDD is installed and formatted in the device menuThe camera picture is too dark • Adjust the cameras brightness settings under MainMenu>Camera>Color• Try moving your camera to a brighter area• Make sure the camera is not pointing directly into a light source• If using at night, make sure subject is no more than 15ft away fromcamera. The LEDs need to reflect off an object to display an image• If using during the day, your camera may not be getting enough lighton it. Adjust the sunshade (top of camera) to let more sun hitthe cameraMy night vision will not turnon/I can’t see at night• Night vision turns on automatically on the cameras when the sensordetects a lack of light. If your cameras are in a space with too muchlight, the night vision will not turn on• The night vision cameras are made to see 10-15 ft away in the dark. Ifyou have the cameras in an open area the night vision will be reduced.The IR LEDs need to reflect off an object to display an imageI am prompted to put in apassword for everything• This is because you have the password enable set to ON in thesystem menuMOBILE VIEWINGDVR TROUBLESHOOTINGServer Port: Insert the set port for the Mobile connectionUser name: Insert the set user name, this was specified on the DVR, under mobile setupPassword: Insert the set password, this was specified with the user name, under mobile setup onthe DVRChannel: Select the channel you would like to view from the start up8. Once all the proper information has been inserted select “Done” to save your settings and start viewing the mobileviewing software.9. For a full screen view, select the footage being displayed.Note: Directions may vary depending on the type of phone that is being used.
