Removing and Replacing Parts 4-94. If the drive is a SCSI drive, record the setting of the SCSI addressjumpers and SCSI bus termination jumper.5. If present, remove the 50-pin to 68-pin adapter from the SCSI connec-tor on the back of the drive.Some drives use a 50-pin to 68-pin adapter between the SCSI cable and thedrive connector. Check the back of the drive for an adapter, if present,remove it and retain it for use on the new drive.Figure 4-7.
