For additional safety best practicesinformation, see the Regulatory Compliance Homepage atdell.com/regulatory_compliance.Procedure1 Place the display assembly in position and replace the screws, on the display hinges,that secure the display assembly to the computer base.2 Place the routing guides on the computer base and replace the screw that securesthe routing guides to the computer base.3 Route the Mini-Card antenna cables through the routing guides on the computerbase.4 Connect the Mini-Card antenna cables to the Mini-Card. See "Replacing the WirelessMini-Card" on page 107.5 Connect the display cable, video-card connector cable, and LED-logo board cable tothe respective connectors on the system board.6 Close the display and turn the computer over.7 Replace the screws that secure the display assembly to the computer base.Postrequisites1 Follow the instructions from step 3 to step 6 in Replacing the Palm Rest.2 Replace the optical drive.
