The LCD panel on the front panel (located behind the bezel) showsadditional information about channel card failures.Channel Card StatusYou can identify a channel card failure by:• LEDs. The channel card hardware status LED is yellow and the middle or rear LED on the channel card isflashing green quickly. The front LED on the channel card may also be yellow. See Channel Card LEDs onpage 5-1.• Messages. A message on the LCD panel (located behind the bezel), on the console, in the event log, or in theGroup Manager GUI Alarms panel describes a channel card failure.• Group Manager GUI and CLI output. The Member Controllers window or the member select showchannelcards command output shows a failure.If a channel card fails, contact your PS Series support provider for a replacement.Array Behavior When a Channel Card FailsIf a channel card fails, the array will continue to operate. If both channel cards fail, the array will no longer operate.Replace a failed channel card as soon as possible.
