Internet 87To connect with your friendsTouch a friend’s name in map view or list view to open the friend’sprofile. In the profile screen, you can send messages to your friend andconfigure privacy options.To control what to share and change your public profile1 In Maps, touch the Menu button Latitude.2 Touch your name on the list of friends to open your public profilewindow.3 Set the following options to your preferences.1 Switch to street view of the friend’s location.2 Get directions to the friend’s location.3 See a friend’s location on the map.4 Sharing options:• Share best available location: Share street-level location with yourfriend.• Share only city level location: Share only the city or the approximatearea you are in, not the street-level location. Your friend can see yourphoto icon in the middle of the city you are in.• Hide from this friend: Stop location sharing with this friend. Yourfriend cannot see your photo icon on the map.5 Remove this friend: Remove this friend from your list and end all locationsharing.6 Touch the thumbnail to open the pop-up menu.
