Start .Right-click2. Computer.Click3. Properties→ Device Manager.Right-click the device for which the new4.driver was installed, and click Properties.Click the5. Drivers tab→ Roll Back Driver.If Device Driver Rollback does not resolve theproblem, then use System Restore to return youroperating system to the operating state it was inbefore you installed the new device driver. See“System Restore” on page 59.CAUTION: Before performing theinstallation, back up all data files on yourprimary hard drive. Use theDellDrivers and Utilities disc to load anyrequired drivers.
