Dell FactoryImage Restore procedures permanentlydelete all data on the hard drive and removeany programs installed after you received thecomputer. Use Dell Factory Image Restoreonly if System Restore did not resolve youroperating system problem.If you received an Operating System media•with your computer, you can use it to restoreyour operating system. However, using theOperating System media also deletes alldata on the hard drive.
