Follow the procedures in Before You Begin.2. Remove the computer cover (see Removing the Computer Cover).3. Remove the front bezel (see Removing the Front Bezel).4. Remove the optical drive (see Removing the Optical Drive).5. Remove the top cover (see Removing the Top Cover).6. Disconnect the power button module cable from the system board connector FP1 (see System Board Components).7. Press the power button module tabs to release them from the top panel and lift the power button module.8.
