Remove the eight screws that secure the base cover to the palm-rest assembly.3. Using your fingertips, carefully pull the connector bezel to separate it from the base cover.4. Remove the remaining two screws that secure the base cover to thepalm-rest assembly.5. Use your fingertips to release the tabs on the base cover from the slots on the palm-rest assembly.6.
