GrayBlueRedWhite7ENGLISH(1) Speaker system connections5 CONNECTIONS• Do not plug in the AC cord until all connections have beencompleted.• Be sure to connect the left and right channels properly (left withleft, right with right).• Insert the plugs securely. Incomplete connections will result inthe generation of noise.• Note that binding pin plug cords together with AC cords or placingthem near a power transformer will result in generating hum orother noise.• Noise or humming may be generated if a connected audioequipment is used independently without turning the power ofthis unit on. If this happens, turn on the power of the this unit.• When connecting, use connection cords A and B included with the DHT-M330DV. The connection cords are color-coded by different coloredplugs and labels. Connect in such a way that the colors are the same as the AV surround receiver’s speaker terminals.• Connect the side of the included connection cord with the colored label to the “+” (plus) side.FR C FLSR SW SL[ Description of speaker label ]• Use connection cords of thecolors corresponding to theposition of speaker installation,and connect to the AV surroundamplifier.Precautions when connecting speakersIf a speaker is placed near a TV video monitor, the colors on thescreen may be disturbed by the speaker’s magnetism.
