The time may be off by 2 to 3 minutes per month. Ifso, reset the time.3 Press the ENTER button twice to change thecurrent time.Example: When the current time is set to “PM 7:30”Setting the sleep timer• The included remote control unit can be used to turn the powerto the standby mode after a maximum of 120 minutes. (Sleeptimer)• Use this function to automatically switch the power to thestandby mode after a specific amount of time (minutes).Example: To set the power to the standby mode in 50 minutesaccording to the clock.1 Select and play the desired function.2 Press the SLEEP button.• “120” is displayed and the “SLEEP” indicator flashes.120The display switches as follows each time the SLEEP buttonis pressed:90120 60 50 3040 20 10“SLEEP” indicator off3 When the “SLEEP” indicator is flashing, pressthe SLEEP button again until “50” is displayed.• “50” is displayed and the “SLEEP” indicator flashes.50After 4 seconds, the display returns to as it was before thesleep timer was set, and the “SLEEP” indicator stopsflashing, remaining lit. (This completes the sleep timersetting.)4 The power is set to the standby mode 50 minuteslater.To turn the sleep timer off, press the SLEEP buttonrepeatedly until the “SLEEP” indicator turns off. The sleeptimer can also be turned off by press the ON/STANDBYswitch on the main unit or the remote control unit to turn theentire system’s power to the standby mode.• If the SLEEP button is pressed while the sleep timer isoperating, the setting returns to 120 minutes.
