FINAL PREPARATION1. Replace logs and embers back into thecorrect positions as instructed in yourappliance Owner’s Manual.2. Reinstall glass door and stove frontpanel on fireplace. To do so, reverse theinstructions under Removing GlassDoor on page 1.3. Reinstall stove dropped bottom on fire-place. To do so, reverse the instructionsunder Removing Stove Dropped Bottomon page 2.The conversion is now complete.Refer to the section on Checking Gas Con-nections and Operating Fireplace in yourappliance Owner’s Manual.WARNING: Test all gas pip-ing and connections for leaksafter installing or servicing. Cor-rect leaks at once.WARNING: Never use an openflame to check for a leak. Applycommercial leak test solution toall gas joints. Bubbles formingshow a leak. Correct all leaks atonce.WARNING: This conversionkit shall be installed by a quali-fied service agency in accordancewith the manufacturer’s instruc-tions and all applicable codesand requirements of the author-ity having jurisdiction. If the in-formation in these instruction isnot followed exactly, a fire, ex-plosion, or production of carbonmonoxide may result causingproperty damage, personal injury,or loss of life.
