Please ask your installer ifyou would like them to be available.Comprehensive set/unset flexibilityThere are many options available tothe installer to configure the setting/unsetting process to match your specificrequirements.If at any time, your requirements change,please contact your installer, who maybe able to adjust the set/unset procedurewithout making any physical changes.The control unit can set in one of fourways: either full set or one of three partsets (part set B, C or D).When the system is full set, all zones areset. When the system is part set, onlythe zones that belong to the part set areset. A part set may, for example, set thedownstairs areas, leaving the upstairsunset (e.g. for use during the night).Alarm communicationWhen the system detects an alarm, it startsthe external sounder/strobe units andoperates internal sounders, including thesounder in the control unit.If you wish, your installer can alsoconfigure the control unit to communicatealarms externally to:• An Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), viathe internet or a fixed-line telephonenetwork.• An email address.• A mobile phone using a text message.Note: Communications via the internetis provided as standard. Connecting thecontrol unit to a mobile (GSM) or fixed-line (PSTN) phone network requires theinstaller to fit a plug-on module.
