Do not lock the oven door with the latch during timed cooking. The latch is used for self-cleaning only.NOTE: Foods that spoil easily—such as milk, eggs, fish, stuffings, poultry and pork—should not be allowed to sitfor more than 1 hour before or after cooking. At the end ofthe cooking time, the oven will turn offautomatically.Touch the Bake pad.Touch the + or – pads to set theoven temperature.Touch the Cooking Time pad.NOTE: If your recipe requires preheating,you may need to add additional timeto the length of the cooking time.Touch the + or – pads to set thebaking time.The cooking time that you entered will bedisplayed.
