5TurboCool ™ rapidly cools the refrigeratorcompartment in order to more quickly cool foods.Use TurboCool ™ when adding a large amountof food to the refrigerator compartment, puttingaway foods after they have been sitting out at roomtemperature or when putting away warm leftovers.It can also be used if the refrigerator has beenwithout power for an extended period.Once activated, the compressor will turn onimmediately and the fans will cycle on and offat high speed as needed for eight hours. This is normal and maycome and go as different food loads andenvironmental conditions change. Wipe drywith a paper towel if desired.The separate airflow system minimizes themixing of air between the two compartments,which reduces fresh food odor transfer toimprove the taste of ice.The ClimateKeeper2™ system also reducesthe number of defrosting cycles in the freezerevaporator, thereby reducing freezer burn.*Freezer air is used in the CustomCool™ feature.**Testing shows a higher level of humidity inthe Fresh Food section in ClimateKeeper2™refrigerators versus conventional units.
