Start: Must be pressed to start any cooking,cleaning, or timed function.4. Cancel/Off: Cancels ALL oven operations exceptthe clock and timer.5. Number Pad6. Warming Zone (on some models)The WARMING ZONE, located in the back center ofthe glass surface, will keep hot, cooked food at servingtemperatures. Always start with hot food. Do not useto heat cold food. Placing uncooked or cold food onthe WARMING ZONE could result in foodborne illness.See Warming Zone section for more information.7. Cook Time: Counts down cooking time and turnsoff the oven when the cooking time is complete. Pressthe Cook Time pad, use the number pads to programa cooking time in hours and minutes, then press Start.This can only be used with Bake, Convection Bake,and Convection Roast (where available).8. Set Clock: Sets the oven clock time. Press the SetClock pad twice and the number pads to program theclock. Press Start to save the time.9. Timer: Works as a countdown timer. Press theTimer pad and the number pads to program the timein hours and minutes. Press the Start pad. The timercountdown is complete. To turn the timer off press theTimer pad.10. Delay Time: Delays when the oven will turn on.Use this to set a time when you want the oven to start.Press the Delay Time pad and use the number padsto program the time of day for the oven to turn onthen press Start. Press the desired cooking mode andtemperature then press Start. A Cook Time may alsobe programmed if desired. Follow the directions underCook Time for setting this feature. This can only beused with Bake, Convection Bake and Self-Clean.NOTE: When using the Delay Time feature, foods thatspoil easily—such as milk, eggs, fish, stuffings, poultryand pork—should not be allowed to sit for more than1 hour before or after cooking. Room temperaturepromotes the growth of harmful bacteria. Be sure thatthe oven light is off because heat from the bulb willspeed harmful bacteria growth.11. Oven Light: Turns the oven light on or off.12. Lock Controls: Locks out the control so thatpressing the pads does not activate the controls. Pressand hold the number pads or the Lock Controls pad,for three seconds to lock or unlock the control. Cancel/Off is always active, even when the control is locked.13. Warm: Warm mode is designed to keep hot foodshot for up to 3 hours. To use this mode, select WARMand then START. Cover foods that need to remainmoist and do not cover foods that should be crisp.Preheating is not required. Do not use warm to heatcold food other than crisping crackers, chips or drycereal.
