On models with a light switch on the control panel, the oven light may be turned on and left on.How to Set for Regular Baking/RoastingMake sure the clock shows the correct time of day.Press and hold both the BAKE and BROILHI/LO pads, at the same time, until thedisplay shows SF.NOTE: If bake or broil appears in thedisplay, the BAKE and BROIL HI/LO padswere not pressed at the same time.Press the CLEAR/OFF pad and beginagain.Tap the DELAY START pad until SAbbAtH appears in the display.Press the START pad and ⊃ will appearin the display.Press the BAKE pad. No signal will begiven.Using the number pads, enter the desiredtemperature between 170°F (77°C) and550°F (288°C). No signal or temperaturewill be given.Press the START pad.After a random delay period ofapproximately 30 seconds to 1 minute,⊃ will appear in the displayindicating that the oven is baking/roasting.If ⊃ doesn’t appear in the display, startagain at Step 4.To adjust the oven temperature, press theBAKE pad, enter the new temperature usingthe number pads and press the START pad.NOTE: The CLEAR/OFF and COOKING TIMEpads are active during the Sabbath feature.⊃⊃+How to Set for Timed Baking/Roasting – Immediate Start and Automatic StopMake sure the clock shows the correct time of day.Press and hold both the BAKE and BROILHI/LO pads, at the same time, until thedisplay shows SF.NOTE: If bake or broil appears in thedisplay, the BAKE and BROIL HI/LO padswere not pressed at the same time.Press the CLEAR/OFF pad and beginagain.Tap the DELAY START pad until SAb bAtHappears in the display.Press the START pad and ⊃ will appear inthe display.Press the COOKING TIME pad.Press the number pads to set thedesired length of cooking time between1 minute and 9 hours and 99 minutes.The cooking time that you entered willbe displayed.Press the START pad.Press the BAKE pad. No signal will begiven.Using the number pads, enter thedesired temperature. No signal ortemperature will be given.Press the START pad.After a random delay period ofapproximately 30 seconds to 1 minute,⊃ will appear in the display indicatingthat the oven is baking/roasting.If ⊃ doesn’t appear in thedisplay, start again at Step 7.To adjust the oven temperature, press theBAKE pad, enter the new temperature usingthe number pads and press the START pad.When cooking is finished, the display willchange from ⊃ to ⊃ and 0:00 will appear,indicating that the oven has turnedOFF but is still set in Sabbath. Removethe cooked food.⊃⊃⊃+How to Exit the Sabbath FeaturePress the CLEAR/OFF pad.If the oven is cooking, wait for a randomdelay period of approximately 30seconds to 1 minute, until only ⊃is in the display.Press and hold both the BAKE and BROILHI/LO pads, at the same time, until thedisplay shows SF.Tap the DELAY START pad until 12 shdnor no shdn appears in the display.12 shdn indicates that the oven willautomatically turn off after 12 hours. no shdnindicates that the oven will not automaticallyturn off.Press the START pad.NOTE: If a power outage occurred whilethe oven was in Sabbath, the oven willautomatically turn off and stay off evenwhen the power returns. The ovencontrol must be reset.+When the display shows ⊃ theoven is set in Sabbath. When thedisplay shows ⊃ the oven isbaking/roasting.⊃When the display shows ⊃ theoven is set in Sabbath.
