8Introduction to the Oven ControlsWall OvenTouchscreen,touch padsand time ofday displayNOTE: If the oven is inactive for 10 minutes,the Touch Screen will go into standby mode, andthe screen will be dark. Touch the Touch Screenor any pad to “wake up” the display. The Displaymay also “wake up” when it senses you (yourhand) approaching the Touch Screen. The displayis sensitive and may “wake up” when lights areturned on or due to the movement of nearbypeople or objects. The Display should returnto its standby mode after 10 minutes if no furtherinteraction occurs.Touch Screen1 BAKE. Touch to select the bake function.2 BROIL. Touch to select the broil function(HIGH BROIL or LOW BROIL) or the BROILGUIDE.3 FAVORITE RECIPE. Touch to use, create,rename, modify or delete a favorite recipe.4 PROBE. Touch when using the probe tocook food.5 CONVECTION BAKE. Touch to selectbaking with the convection function.6 CONVECTION ROAST. Touch to selectroasting with the convection function.7 KITCHEN TIMER. Touch to select the timerfeature.8 SELF CLEAN. Touch to select the self-cleaning function. See the Using the Self-Cleaning Oven section.Touch Pads9 HOME Pad. Touch to return to the “SELECTCOOK MODE” (Home) Screen. This does notcancel any cooking or self-clean settings.10 HELP Pad. Touch this pad to find out moreabout your oven’s features.11 BACK Pad. Touch to return to the previousscreen.12 CLEAR/OFF Pad. Touch to cancel ALLoven operations except the clock and timer.13 OVEN LIGHT On/Off Pad(s). Touch toturn the oven light(s) on or off.14 OPTIONS Pad. Touch to selectTWO TEMPS, DELAY START, PROOF,DEHYDRATE, WARM, COOK & HOLD,SABBATH or SETTINGS.Display15 Display. Shows the time of day.Error CodesIf “F– and a number or letter” flash in the displayand the oven control signals, this indicates afunction error code. Touch the CLEAR/OFF pad.Allow the oven to cool for one hour. Put the ovenback into operation.
