With the control knob in the OFF position,LIGHT WHEN THE watch the electrode while turning the igniter knob. You should seePUSH BUTTON a spark jump inside the electrode cap.IGNITER KNOB • Use a match to light the burner.IS TURNED • Visually check the electrode and wire while turning the igniter knob.The only place a spark should appear is at the electrode tip. If theelectrode or wire leaks voltage, remove and replace.• Purge the gas line of any air.• Check the orifice for blockage.• Inspect the igniter tip to make sure it is clean and free from debris.Clean the area. Readjust for 1/8″ gap.BURNER FLAME IS • Check the burner inlet for obstructions.YELLOW OR ORANGE • Check the air shutter for proper adjustment.IN CONJUNCTION • Do not place the range top burners in a dusty area.WITH THE ODOROF GASLOW HEAT WITH • Inspect the fuel hose to ensure it is not bent or kinked.CONTROL KNOB IN • Adequate gas supply may not be available.
