Baked-in residue is muchharder to remove later on.2 Empty the evaporator tray with the includedcleaning sponge.3 Wipe out the cooled down oven interior and theevaporator tray with the cleaning sponge and drythem well with a soft cloth.4 Wipe furnishings or handles dry if condensatehas collected on them.5 Dry the oven interior with the drying program (seesection entitled Drying program) or leave theappliance door open until the interior has driedcompletely.Safety lockFor your protection, the appliance has a safety shut-offfeature. Every heating operation is switched off after12 hours if the appliance is not operated during thistime.
