Shut off the water supply line.Shut off the water supply line several hours beforeswitching off the appliance. Remove and discard the water filter.Secure the filter cap! Take all food out of the appliance. Pull out the mains plug or switch off the fuse. Empty the ice cube container. Clean the appliance interior(see "Cleaning the appliance"). To prevent odors, leave the doors open.Door alarmIf one of the appliance doors is left open, an alarm signalsounds after one minute.The alarm is switched off with the ALARM OFF button .and by closing the door.French door styleThe 3-door variant allows for the left refrigerator compart-ment door to be opened without first having to openthe right door.NOTEThe preset temperatures (factory settings) are reachedafter some hours. Do not put any food in the appliancebeforehand.NOTEWhen the Ice maker has been activated at once: Do notuse the first ice cubes from the ice maker! Discard the iceproduction of the first 24 hours after switching on theicemaker.NOTEIf switching off the appliance for a period longer than2 weeks, remove the water filter.Before switching on the appliance again, install a newfilter (see "Exchanging the filter").
