Use Personal ProtectiveEquipment (PPE).ALL exterior components and attachments can getvery hot during or after operation. Handle with careand use PPE.With two sided cooking, the area between theupper and lower grill grates should be regardedas a DANGER ZONE. During two sided cooking theoperator must not be within this danger zone., CAUTIONALL Shields MUST BE IN PLACE CORRECTLY beforeoperating the appliance. This includes ❶ Left SideSkirt, ❷ Right Side Skirt and ❸ Front DeflectorShield.Before operating this appliance, the ❹ greasedrawer MUST be in place and sit completely insidethe drawer compartment.When grease starts seeping through the overflowhole of the drawer, operator MUST empty the greasedrawer.❹❶❷❸,CAUTIONTo achieve proper cooking temperature andperformance, the Left and Right Side Skirts MUSTBE INSTALLED correctly before operation.Proper Installation of Side Skirts:• The top of side skirt bends outwards!• The skirts sit along the inside edge of the lowergrate.• The skirts must sit horizontally and firmly on thelower grill grate.• If skirt doesn’t fit, ensure you have the correct skirtfor the correct side, and the lower grate surfacewhere the skirt sits is clear of any obstructions ordebris.• RIGHT Side is shown below:• LEFT Side is shown below:nWARNINGPinch HazardWhen the grill is on, do not touch or put hand nearthe platen lift system at the back of the grill.Section 3Operation
