The G300 saves up to 50 recorded flights. Entries on this list areautomatically created for each flight.Recording begins when the aircraft reaches 250 feet of altitude. When theaircraft’s groundspeed drops below 30 knots, the flight entry is saved and a newentry is recorded when departing the airport. A touch-and-go or brief stop of lessthan 10 minutes appends to the current flight record, rather than starting a newentry.VIEWING THE FLIGHT LOGSelect any listed entry in the log to view additional information, including a mapdisplaying the actual path flown.Viewing details for a flight:1) From the Single Display or Dual Display MFD, press the MENU Keytwice to display the Main Menu. (The ‘Flight Log’ option is notavailable from the Dual Display PFD Main Menu).2) Turn or move the FMS Joystick to select ‘Flight Log’, and press the ENTKey. (Hours and minutes can be displayed by pressing the MENU Keyand selecting ‘Show Hours and Minutes’).3) Turn or move the FMS Joystick to select the desired flight from thelist, and press the ENT Key. Route, date, hours, distance, and actualflight path are displayed (dual display). Use the MAP and INFOSoftkeys to toggle between the Flight Log Map Page and the Flight LogInformation Page (Single Display).
