You can also reference the waypointlocation from another waypoint, map location, or category from a data card.To reference a waypoint from another item:1. On the Review Waypoint Page, highlight the Reference field, and pressENTER. The Find From Current Position Page appears.2. Select a category, and press ENTER. For some categories, you may needto select multiple subcategories. When selected, the Review WaypointPage shows the Reference field with the waypoint’s distance and bearingfrom that point.3. To reference from a map location, use the ROCKER to select thereference location, and press ENTER. As you move the map pointeraround the map, the data changes to show the distance and bearing.Using Waypoint ListsThe Points tab on the Main Menu has two sub tabs, User and Proximity, whichallow you to manage a large number of waypoints quickly and efficiently. TheProximity sub tab also provides a continuously updated proximity waypoint alarmfunction that can be used to define an alarm circle around submerged hazards orshallow waters.To access the Points tab from the Main Menu:1. Press and hold ADJ/MENU to open the Main Menu.2. Use the ROCKER to highlight the Points tab, and highlight either the Useror Proximity sub tab.Sub tabsUser WaypointsThe User sub tab on the Points tab shows a master list of all waypoints currentlystored in memory. From the User sub tab, you can review, edit, rename, or deleteindividual waypoints, or delete all user waypoints. The number of available andused waypoints are shown at the bottom of the User sub tab. Stored waypoints arearranged in alphanumeric order.To scroll through and review the waypoint list:1. Use the ROCKER to highlight the Points tab on the Main Menu, and thenhighlight the User sub tab.2. Press up or down on the ROCKER to scroll through the list of waypoints;press right or left on the ROCKER to scroll by page.
