30GPSmap 60CGPS NavigationUsing Find Searching for an AddressThe Find Addresses feature allows you to search for an address withinthe coverage of downloaded detailed mapping data. Enter the streetnumber, street name and city and the Find Feature will match that datawith addresses in the map database.To find an Address:1. Press the FIND key to display the Find Menu.2. Highlight the Addresses icon and press ENTER to display the‘Find Addresses’ page.3. If your unit has a GPS fi x the “Region” fi eld at the top of thepage will be completed with your current region and the City> fi eld will be highlighted.4. Press ENTER to display a list of cities for the region and makeyour selection. Use the on-screen keypad to enter the fi rst fewletters of the city name, until the desired city moves to the topof the list. Highlight “OK“ on the key pad and press ENTER.With city highlighted on the list, press ENTER to insert the cityin the fi eld.5. Next enter the Street Number using the on-screen keypad. Enter “OK” to place the number.6. Finally press ENTER to display the street list. Use the on-screenkeypad to enter enough of the street name to display a matchon the list below. For name streets, like Main or Elm, enter thecore name instead of “E”, “W”, etc., as the search will movefaster. When done, a list of matches appears below.
