Turnthe engine to high idle.5 With the engine running at high idle, manuallyactivate the valve and observe the pressurereading on the pressure gauge.Oscillate relief valve specificationPressure 950 psi65.5 bar6 Turn the engine off.7 Locate the relief valve on the bottom of thedirectional valve and loosen the 7/8" jam nut.8 Use a 7/16" wrench and adjust the screw. Turn itclockwise to increase the pressure orcounterclockwise to decrease the pressure.Install the valve cap.Tip-over hazard. Do not adjust therelief valve higher than specified.9 Repeat steps 4 through 7 and manually activatethe valve to confirm the valve pressure.10 Turn the engine off, remove the pressure gauge, tighten the jam nut and assemble the directionalvalve linkage.11 Install the cover on the non-steer end of thedrive chassis.12 Perform maintenance procedure A-9,Test theOscillate Axle (if equipped) to ensure properoscillate function.MANIFOLDS
