Once the battery’s temperature meets therequirements, charging automatically resumes. During charging, do not disconnect the AC adapter before thebattery has been fully charged; otherwise you will get aprematurely charged battery. The battery has a high temperature protection mechanismwhich limits the maximum charge of the battery to 80% of itstotal capacity in the event of high temperature conditions.In such conditions, the battery will be regarded as fullycharged at 80% capacity. The battery level may automatically lessen due to theself-discharge process (0.21% per day), even when thebattery pack is fully charged (100%). This happens no matterif the battery pack is installed in the Tablet PC.To charge the battery pack, connect the AC adapter to the Tablet PC and an electricaloutlet. The Battery Indicator ( ) on the Tablet PC glows amber to indicate thatcharging is in progress. You are advised to keep the Tablet PC power off whilethe battery is being charged. When the battery is fully charged, the Battery Indicatorglows green.
