When thelock keys (Caps Lock and Num Lk) are pressed, their corresponding indicatorslight up.The Control (Ctrl) / Alternate (Alt) key is normally used in combination withother keys for program-specific functions. The Escape (Esc) key is usuallyused for stopping a process. Examples are exiting a program and canceling acommand. The function depends on the program you are using.Cursor-Control KeysCursor-control keys are generally used for moving and editing purposes.NOTE: The word “cursor” refers to the indicator on the screen that lets youknow exactly where on your screen anything you type will appear.
