Power ManagementYour computer supports APM (Advanced Power Management) andACPI (Advanced Configuration and Power Interface) for powermanagement. The power management feature allows you to reduce thepower consumption for energy saving.With an ACPI-compliant operating system such as Windows 98 andWindows 2000, power supply to different computer components iscontrolled on an as-needed basis.
