If it works, contact an authorizeddealer, as the internal keyboard cable might be loose.Water or liquid is spilt into the keyboard.z Immediately turn off the computer and unplug the AC adapter. Then tiltthe keyboard 90 degrees to the right (where the drainpipe ends arelocated) to let the liquid flow out of the keyboard. Make sure to cleanup any part of the spill you can get to. Though the keyboard of yourcomputer is spill-proof, liquid will remain in the keyboard enclosure ifyou don’t remove it. Wait for the keyboard to air dry before using thecomputer again.The numeric keypad is disabled.z Make sure that the Num Lock is switched on.
