If a fixed fan failure occurs, you cannot solve the problemby yourself. Please contact your sales agent or service engineer.To ensure the normal operation of the switch, you need to contact the local sales agent or serviceengineer as soon as possible when a fixed fan failure occurs.Configuration System FailureAfter the switch is powered on and the system is normal, the booting information will be displayed on theconfiguration terminal. If the configuration system has any faults, there will not be any screen display atthe configuration terminal or the displayed characters will be totally illegible.Troubleshooting when there is no terminal displayIf there is no output information after the configuration is powered on, please check whether:z The power supply is normalz The console cable is properly connectedIf no problems are found after the above-mentioned items have been checked, the cause may lie in theconsole cable or the settings of the terminal (such as hyper terminal) parameters. Please perform thecorresponding check.
