457.4 Sealing Strips for Broom Com-partmentIn order to assure good function of thesweeper, a perfect condition of thesealing strips is required, especially inorder to attain the prescribed vacuumin the broom compartment, a cleansweeping result and the less possiblewear of the sealing strips (check thesealing strips of the broom compart-ment for wearing and damages inregular intervals).Replace defective sealing strips.The ground clearance of the lateraland rear sealing strips is adjustable(oblong holes in the sealing strips).Ground clearance =sides: approx. 1mmrear: approx. 4mm.Proceed to adjustment with the batteryset being mounted.Height of the front sealing strip (foldingapron) cannot be adjusted.
