8.3 Indoor unit electric control functions1. Cooling mode1.1 Temperature control range: 16℃~30℃, and the precision is ±1℃1.2 Characteristic of electronic expansion valve (EEV)After EEV opens (base angle is 200), in 5 minutes, it will not be controlled by thermostat OFF, butcontrolled by the overheat value. In this period, if thermostat is OFF, no response, when it is 5 minutes,the unit will send the signal of Area 0. In 5 minutes, if the remote controller shuts off the thermostat andthe unit, at this time, the unit will not be limited by the overheat value, and you can set the EEV at thestandby open angle and emit the signal of Area 0.1.3 Fan motor controlTemperature difference 1℃Auto speed:In cooling modeTA-TS+2 high+1med0lowAfter the thermostat is OFF, EEV will be controlled by fan motor: set EEV at the standby open angle, fanmotor is low speed.1.4 Set temperature compensationHow to change temp. compensation: By using the SWING button (if no SWING, use SLEEP) to setEEPROM, for example:in heating mode, press “ON/OFF” button, taking set temperature 24℃ as base point, at this temperaturepress SWING (SLEEP) button 7 times within 5 seconds, the buzzer sounds two times and enters thetemp. compensation set mode in heating, at this time, if you shut off the unit when the adjustedtemperature is 25℃, the temp. compensation is +1℃. If you shut off the unit when the adjusted temp. is26℃, the temp. compensation is +2℃, and so on. The max temp. compensation is 6℃(adjusted temp. is30℃). And if you want to cancel temp. compensation, set the temperature back to 24℃.In cooling mode, press “ON/OFF” button, taking set temperature 24℃ as base point, at this temperaturepress SWING (SLEEP) button 7 times within 5 seconds, the buzzer sounds two times and enters thetemp. compensation set mode in cooling, at this time, if you shut off the unit when the adjustedtemperature is 23℃, the temp. compensation is -1℃. If you shut off the unit when the adjusted temp. is 22℃, the temp. compensation is -2℃, and so on. The max temp. compensation is -8℃(adjusted temp. is 16℃). And if you want to cancel temp. compensation, set the temperature back to 24℃.The above are for remote control type.If at wired control type, the temp. compensation function is set in EEPROM, and fixed as 4℃ when out offactory.1.5 Anti-freezed protection -105-
