7EnglishTo avoid electric shock always unplug your wine cellarbefore cleaning. Ignoring this warning may result indeath or injury.Before using cleaning products, always read and followmanufacturer's instructions and warnings to avoidpersonal injury or product damage.• Prepare a cleaning solution of 3-4 tablespoons ofbaking soda mixed with warm water. Use sponge orsoft cloth, dampened with the cleaning solution, towipe down your wine cellar.• Rinse with clean warm water and dry with a soft cloth.• Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasives, ammonia,chlorine bleach, concentrated detergents, solvents ormetal scouring pads. Some of these chemicals maydissolve, damage and/or discolor your wine cellar.• Clean door gaskets every three months according togeneral instructions. Gaskets must be kept clean andpliable to assure a proper seal.• Petroleum jelly applied lightly on the hinge side ofgaskets will keep the gasket pliable and assure agood seal.Power Interruptions• O c c a s i o n a l l y t h e r e m a y b e p o w e r i n t e r r u p t i o n s d u e t othunderstorms or other causes. Remove the power cord fromAC outlet when a power outage occurs. When power has beenrestored, replug power cord to AC outlet.Vacation and Moving Care• For long vacations or absences, unplug the wine cellar and cleanthe wine cellar and door gaskets according to "General cleaning"section. Leave doors open, so air can circulate inside.• When moving always move the wine cellar vertically.
