Ignoring this warning may result indeath or injury.Before using cleaning products, always read and followmanufacturer's instructions and warnings to avoidpersonal injury or product damage.• Prepare a cleaning solution of 3-4 tablespoons ofbaking soda mixed with warm water. Use sponge orsoft cloth, dampened with the cleaning solution, towipe down your wine cellar.• Rinse with clean warm water and dry with a soft cloth.• Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasives, ammonia,chlorine bleach, concentrated detergents, solvents ormetal scouring pads. Some of these chemicals maydissolve, damage and/or discolor your wine cellar.• Clean door gaskets every three months according togeneral instructions. Gaskets must be kept clean andpliable to assure a proper seal.• Petroleum jelly applied lightly on the hinge side ofgaskets will keep the gasket pliable and assure agood seal.Power Interruptions• O c c a s i o n a l l y t h e r e m a y b e p o w e r i n t e r r u p t i o n s d u e t othunderstorms or other causes. Remove the power cord fromAC outlet when a power outage occurs. Leave doors open, so air can circulate inside.• When moving always move the wine cellar vertically.
