13NotePlease note that you cannot establish theBluetooth®connection described under 4.4 and 4.5 if an audio cable isconnected.4.4Bluetooth® pairingNote• Check whether your mobile device (MP3 player, mobilephone, etc.) isBluetooth® capable.• If not, you can only use the speakers for playback using theincluded audio cable.• Note that the maximum range forBluetooth® is 10 metreswithout obstacles such as walls, people, etc.• Make sure that yourBluetooth® capable terminal device is onandBluetooth® is activated.• Make sure that the speakers are located within theBluetooth®range of max. 10 metres.• Switch on the speakers as described in 4.1 Switching on/offthe product.∆ The status LED (2) of one speaker flashes once at regularintervals, and the status LED (2) of the other always flashestwice in quick succession.• The status LED (2) on each speaker flashes twice in quicksuccession.• The speakers search for a connection.• Open theBluetooth® settings on your terminal device and waituntil Hama Twins appears in the list ofBluetooth® devicesfound.• Select Hama Twins and wait until the speakers are listed asconnected in theBluetooth® settings on your terminal device. Anannouncement confirms that connection was successful.∆ The status LED (2) of one speaker flashes once at regularintervals, and the status LED (2) of the other speaker lights upconstantly.• The status LED (2) of the individual speaker flashes once atregular intervals.Note –Bluetooth® password• Some terminal devices require a password in order to connectto anotherBluetooth® device.• If your terminal device requests a password for connection tothe speakers, enter 0000.
