13• When the beeper sounds briefly and theLCD displays dashes, the meter is ready.The blinking “ZERO” indicates that theinstrument needs to be zeroed first.• Fill the cuvette with 10 mL of unreactedsample, up to the mark, and replace thecap.• Place the cuvette into the cuvette holderand ensure that the notch on the cap ispositioned securely into the groove.• Press ZERO/CFM and the lamp, cuvetteand detector icons will appear on thedisplay, depending on the measurementphase.• After a few seconds, the display will show“-0.0-”. The meter is now zeroed andready for measurement. |
