If you experience anyproblems with the set-up or operation of thissystem, please review the Troubleshooting Guideat the end of this manual before you contactyour authorized Harman Kardon dealer.Safety InformationImportant Safety InformationVerify Line Voltage Before UseYour Digital Lounge system has been designedfor use with 220-240-Volt AC current.Connection to a line voltage other than that forwhich it is intended can create a safety and firehazard and may damage the system.If you have any questions about the voltagerequirements for your specific model, or aboutthe line voltage in your area, contact your dealerbefore plugging the unit into a wall outlet.Do Not Use Extension CordsTo avoid safety hazards, use only the powercords attached to your system components. Wedo not recommend that extension cords be usedwith this product. As with all electrical devices,do not run power cords under rugs or carpets orplace heavy objects on them. Damaged powercords should be replaced immediately by anauthorized service depot with a cord meetingfactory specifications.Handle the AC Power Cord GentlyWhen disconnecting the power cord from an ACoutlet, always pull the plug, never pull the cord.If you do not intend to use the system for anyconsiderable length of time, disconnect the plugfrom the AC outlet.Do Not Open the CabinetThere are no user-serviceable components insidethe system components. Opening the cabinets orrear panels may present a shock hazard, and anymodification to the system components will voidyour guarantee. If water or any metal objectsuch as a paper clip, wire or a staple accidentallyfalls inside the system components, disconnectthem from the AC power source immediately,and consult an authorized service station.
