25Gas SupplyThe gas supply pipework, and fittings shouldall be inspected to ensure that they are freefrom corrosion, and to ensure that wherebrackets have been fitted these remainsecure and offer adequate support.The system should be soundness tested inaccordance with Institute of Gas Engineersrecommendations detailed in UP-1 & UP-2.BurnerService requirements for the burner fitted tothe cabinet heater are covered in theseparate manual prepared by the burnermanufacturer.NoteIt is most important that the burner isserviced regularly and in accordance withthe manufacturers instructions.Air Delivery SystemA visual inspection should be undertaken toensure that the air delivery system is ingood order, and that it remains adequatelysupported and that the various joints areeffectively sealed.ReportA full and detailed service report should beprepared, it is advised that the report is notcompleted until the heater has been re-commissioned, where upon the completedreport can then be run through with the user.5.3 Service Re-commissioningThe heater should be re-commissioned asfollows, as per section 4.1 through to section4.4 inclusive.This must be regarded as a necessary partof the heater service by the servicingengineer.
