Afterdisconnecting from black sensor, blow clear.Check for exhaust re-ingestion, or repeatedpower interruptions .• Ensure condensate trap is not blocked.• Go to Advanced Diagnostics and checkdifferential air pressure sensor (at rest andwith fan on). See Section 5.2.3.Check achieved fanpowerIn Diagnostics, Fan Operation, during Pre-purge, Fan Pressure (FP) should move close toRequired Pressure (RP); if FP only 480 to 600vs. RP of 1,000 to 1,200, then check for actualvent system blockage: (a) disconnect intakewithin boiler case; (b) open burner then fan/gasvalve looking for debris.Water noise in vent.Excess condensate inventing.• Check condensate trap for obstructions.Remove obstructions and refill condensatetrap with water.• Check vent length, size and configuration, particularly re: horizontal 2" piping.WATERFLOW ERRORTouch Screen Message:Error - No Water FlowLow water flow – soft error; willretry in 5 minutesCheck pressuresensors• Check wiring: water pressure sensors tocontroller.• Check pressure sensors. See Section 5.2.4– 2nd paragraph.Check for properpipingRefer to Section 1.6 Water Piping forrecommended piping installation.Check primary pump If there is a valve on the primary loop, close itand listen for cavitation (evidence flow). If not,go to Installer Setup; select pump purge “on” torun pumps without a heat call - check for heatbuildup at pump body (indicates no flow).Check for restrictionin water pipeCheck temperature differential across heatexchanger at low –medium firing rate if possible.Examine air strainer components for scale.WARNINGNever attempt to repairthe control module (circuitboard).
