To view detailed information about a specific route, type 5 in the option field nextto the route and press the Enter key.Routes listed on the Display TCP/IP Route Information display differ from theroutes that are displayed on the Work with TCP/IP Routes display. Only routeswith a route source of *CFG and a route type that is not *DIRECT can be changedwith the Work with TCP/IP Routes display. Similarly, only routes that meet theseconditions can be changed or removed with the CHGTCPRTE or RMVTCPRTEcommands. *CFG means the route was added using iSeries configurationcommands or is a *DIRECT route. *DIRECT means that the route is to a networkor subnetwork to which this system has a direct physical connection. This route isnot defined with an add route command.Work with TCP/IP Connection StatusThe Work with TCP/IP Connection Status display allows you to display or end aTCP/IP connection between a local system and a remote system.To display the Work with TCP/IP Connection Status display:1.
