1011Vapour Bar (5)• Clean the vapour bar with soap and warmwater using a low abrasive cleaning clothor sponge!Grease Tray (6)• IMPORTANT – Check and clean the greasetray regularly before every use andreplace if necessary. Do not allow the fatresidue to build up in the tray.• NEVER use without grease tray inposition.Barbecue Body (8)• Regularly remove excess grease or fatfrom the barbecue body with a soft plasticor wooden scraper.• It is not necessary to remove all thegrease from the body. If you need toclean fully, use hot soapy water and acloth, or nylon-bristled brush only.• Remove cooking surfaces and burnersbefore full cleaning.• Do not immerse the gas controls ormanifold in water.• Check burner operation after carefullyrefitting into body.Fixings• All screws and bolts, etc. should bechecked and tightened on a regular basis.STORAGEDo not leave your barbecue uncovered whennot in use. Store your barbecue in a cooldry place like a shed or garage when not inuse to protect against the effects of extremeweather conditions, particularly if you livenear coastal areas.Prolonged exposure to sunlight, standingwater, sea air/saltwater can all causedamage to your appliance. (A cover maynot be sufficient to protect your appliance insome of these situations).• Cover the burners with aluminium foil inorder to prevent insects or other debrisfrom collecting in burner holes.• If the barbecue is to be stored indoors,the gas cylinder must be disconnectedand left outside. The gas cylinder shouldalways be stored outside, in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from any sourcesof heat or ignition. Do not let childrentamper with the cylinder.• Always inspect the hose for cuts, cracksor excessive wear before use.• If the hose is damaged or there isexcessive abrasion or wear or the hoseis cut, it must be replaced with a hosesuitable for use with LPG and meet thenational standards for the country ofuse and must be as specified by themanufacturer.
