Select a functionTo select a function, turn theselectionknob to the symbol for the function yourequire.2. Activate a functionMANUALTo start the function you have selected,turn thethermostat knob to set thetemperature you require.To interrupt the function at any time,switch off the oven, turn theselectionknob and thethermostat knob.3. PreheatingOnce the function has been activated,the LED thermostat will switch onsignalling that the preheating processhas begun.At the end of this process, the LEDthermostat switches off indicatingthat the oven has reached the settemperature: At this point, place thefood inside and proceed with cooking.Please note: Placing the food in the ovenbefore preheating has finished may have anadverse effect on the final cooking result.4. Setting the timerThis option does not interrupt or activatecooking but allows you to use the minuteminder both while a function is activeand when the oven is off.To activate the timer, turn the timer knobright round in an clockwise directionand then turn it back in the oppositedirection to the desired duration: anacoustic signal will warn you when thecount-down is finished.Daily use
